How can I pay?

We offer a variety of different payment options. You can pay with your preferred credit card, PayPal, per debit advice or prepayment.

When will I receive my order?

We normally send your order the same day, latest on the next business day. You should receive your order within 48 hours after placing your order. In case of payment per debit advice delivery is delayed by a few days. You will always be informed about the status of your order by email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping with any order €50 and above. For order values below €50 your shipping costs amount to only € 4.90.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can always check the order status on your personal customer account. As soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse you can track its status. For this purpose you will receive by email a package tracking number as well as a link to our shipping partner. There you can check the current status of your shipment at any time.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, of course. You have 14 days to exchange your order. Free of charge and without giving any reasons.

How can I exchange?

You can find details regarding the return on the return form. According to § 13 BGB (German Civil Code), as customer you are not bound by your purchase order, if you return the merchandise within a period of 2 weeks after receipt of goods. The period shall earliest start with receipt of a detailed cancellation policy in text form. The cancellation does not require any reason and can either be done in text form to use or by returning the merchandise back to us at our risk.

Do I need my own customer account?

No, you can simply submit an order to us. We only need your personal data, shipping and billing address.

Do I need to remember a password?

You can store your personal data under "Change Address" and retrieve it to easily and comfortably place a new order. Furthermore, you can check the status of your order here as well. If you forgot your password, you can simply "request a new password". You will receive a new password by email you can then directly change on our webpage.
